6. payment and invoice processing

• Credit and debit card details are not stored on our servers, nor are they sold or shared with third parties (except for authorized payment gateways).
• We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• ROOM8 does not conduct transactions or provide services to individuals or countries under OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, in accordance with UAE law.

By tagging the @room8_development account or using our official hashtags, you grant ROOM8 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your photos or videos taken on the premises of our building. We may use this content on our website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials. You can revoke this permission at any time by writing to info@room8.ae.

8. data security and retention

We apply strict physical, electronic, and administrative measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
