Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in Dubai or GCC.
Strong network within brokerage and developer communities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
Develop and execute the product roadmap for Room8’s co-living experience — from website and app to on-site operations.
Improve the full resident journey (booking, move-in, living, community engagement).
Work with design, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless, user-friendly experiences.
Define and prioritize digital features (booking system, payments, events, chat).
Collect resident feedback and data to guide product improvements.
Monitor KPIs: occupancy, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Research co-living and prop-tech trends to keep Room8 innovative.
User-focused mindset with strong coordination and analytical skills.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Oversee financial operations across Room8’s co-living properties and related entities.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow reports, and budgets.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and supplier payments.
Monitor project costs, rental income, and ROI across multiple developments.
Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
Support management with financial analysis, forecasting, and investment planning.
Implement internal controls and financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Advise on cost optimization and capital allocation for ongoing and future projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate or hospitality accounting.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, and hands-on approach.
